Brian Miller Responds to Democrats’ Press Release

On Thursday, the Arizona Democratic Party sent out a press release calling on Brian Miller to renounce the Tea Party in light of recent “violence, threats, and racism”. You can read most of the release on the Arizona Star.

Brian Miller issued this response:

“There are 3 problems with the Democrat’s Press Release. One, anybody who has listened to me speak knows that I am against the initiation of force, so I obviously condemn random acts of violence. Two, I see no evidence that the vandalism at Democratic offices across the country was committed by anyone associated with the Tea Party. In fact, if the Democrats did this themselves to gain media attention, I would say that it worked. Three, Americans should condemn the Democratic Party for vandalizing our healthcare system. The cost of a few broken windows pales in comparison to the price generations will pay for this bill.”
